By downloading, accessing, or using the Subflo - Subscription Tracker mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the App.
Subflo allows you to track subscriptions, recurring payments, billing dates, prices, categories, and related information in one place. The App is intended to help you organize and monitor your recurring expenses.
You are responsible for entering and maintaining accurate subscription information. Subflo does not manage, cancel, modify, or make payments for subscriptions on your behalf unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Information displayed in Subflo is based on the data you provide or otherwise make available to the App. You are responsible for verifying billing dates, prices, renewal periods, and other subscription details.
Subflo is provided as an organizational tool and does not guarantee that reminders, calculations, renewal dates, or estimated spending amounts will always be complete or error-free.
Subscription information and other data you enter may be stored locally on your device. Depending on the features you use, certain technical or purchase-related information may also be processed by third-party service providers required to operate the App.

Subflo may provide notifications or reminders about upcoming subscription renewals, payments, or other events. These notifications are provided for convenience only.
We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered on time or at all. Notification delivery may depend on your device settings, operating system restrictions, permissions, battery settings, and other factors outside our control.
Some features of Subflo may require a paid subscription or other in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google through their respective payment systems. We do not directly store your payment card information.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, free trials, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase and are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Unless cancelled before renewal, recurring subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms displayed by Apple or Google at the time of purchase.
Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are generally handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
We may use our payment infrastructure provider, RevenueCat, to process limited purchase-related information required to manage subscriptions, entitlements, purchases, or refund-related requests, as described in our Privacy Policy.
All source code, design, branding, graphics, interfaces, and other materials within Subflo are the intellectual property of the developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Subflo is intended as a subscription management and organizational tool and should not be treated as financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
We are not responsible for missed subscription cancellations, unexpected renewals, incorrect billing information, notification failures, financial losses, or other damages resulting from your use of or reliance on the App.
We may update, modify, improve, or remove features from the App from time to time. We do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always remain available.
Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful or abusive purposes.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated within the App or through our official website. Continued use of Subflo after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
