This privacy policy applies to the Subflo mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). Subflo is a subscription and recurring payment tracker designed to help users manage subscriptions, bills, and recurring expenses directly from their device.
Subflo is designed with privacy in mind. Your subscriptions, payment reminders, billing information, categories, notes, and saved data are stored locally on your device — not on our servers.
We do not collect, store, or sell your personal financial data. Your subscription information remains under your control at all times.

All subscription data, payment schedules, reminders, categories, and related information are used only within the app to help you manage recurring payments and subscription tracking features.
Most features of Subflo work entirely offline. Your subscriptions and reminders remain available without requiring an internet connection.
Subflo does not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
Optional third-party services such as app analytics, crash reporting, or payment processing providers may be used to improve app performance and manage purchases.
Because your data is primarily stored locally on your device, we recommend enabling device security protections such as Face ID, fingerprint authentication, or a device passcode.
Subflo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you make in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play, we may share limited information with Apple or Google via our payment partner, RevenueCat, to help process refund requests. This may include non-personal details about your purchase and how you accessed the purchased content.
By making in-app purchases, you consent to this limited sharing of consumption data with Apple or Google solely for the purpose of processing refund decisions, in compliance with their respective privacy and refund policies.
This privacy policy may be updated periodically to reflect new features, improvements, or legal requirements. Significant updates may be communicated within the app or on our official website.
