This privacy policy applies to the Receipt Maker – Generate Bills mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). Receipt Maker is provided as a free offline tool for creating, managing, and exporting receipts without requiring user accounts or cloud connectivity.
Receipt Maker is built to work fully offline. All your receipts, client details, business information, and payment settings are stored locally on your device — not on any server. You remain in full control of your data at all times.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. Your activity within the app, including created receipts and client data, never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

These permissions are used only for file management on your device. No data is transmitted to any external server or third party.
All data handled by Receipt Maker — such as business profiles, client details, payment records, and receipts — remains strictly local and private. It is used only to enable app functionality such as creating, editing, and exporting receipts.
Receipt Maker works entirely offline. You can create, view, and export receipts without an internet connection. No information is uploaded, analyzed, or synced with any online service.
Receipt Maker does not include any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not share your data with any external organization or individual.
If future versions introduce optional online features — such as secure cloud backup or sharing receipts online — these will always require explicit user consent before any data is transferred.
Because all data is stored locally, the security of your receipts and business information depends on your device. We recommend enabling your device’s built-in protections (PIN, Face ID, or fingerprint) to safeguard your financial data.
Receipt Maker does not target or knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. As no personal data is collected, the app remains safe for general use.
If you make in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play, we may share limited information with Apple or Google via our payment partner, RevenueCat, to help process refund requests. This may include non-personal details about your purchase and how you accessed the purchased content.
By making in-app purchases, you consent to this limited sharing of non-personal purchase data with Apple or Google solely for processing refunds, in compliance with their respective privacy and refund policies.
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect improvements or new features. Any significant updates will be clearly indicated in the app or on our official website.
