This privacy policy applies to the Invoice Maker mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). Invoice Maker is provided as a free offline tool for creating, managing, and exporting invoices without requiring user accounts or cloud connectivity.
Invoice Maker is designed to work fully offline. All your invoices, client details, business information, and tax settings are stored locally on your device — not on any server. You remain in full control of your data at all times.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. Your activity within the app, including created invoices, clients, and payment records, never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

These permissions are used solely for file management on your device. No data is transmitted to any external server or third party.
All data handled by Invoice Maker — such as company profiles, client details, payment methods, and invoices — remains strictly local and private. It is used only to provide app functionality, such as creating, editing, and exporting invoices.
Invoice Maker works entirely offline. You can create, view, and export invoices without an internet connection. No information is uploaded, analyzed, or synced with any online service.
Invoice Maker does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not share your data with any external organization or individual.
If future versions introduce optional online features — such as secure cloud backup or invoice sharing — these will always require explicit user consent before any data is transferred.
Because all data is stored locally, the security of your invoices and business information depends on your device. We recommend enabling your device’s built-in protections (PIN, Face ID, or fingerprint) to safeguard your financial data.
Invoice Maker does not target or knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. As no personal data is collected, the app remains safe for general use.
If you make in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play, we may share limited information with Apple or Google via our payment partner, RevenueCat, to help process refund requests. This may include non-personal details about your purchase and how you accessed the purchased content.
By making in-app purchases, you consent to this limited sharing of consumption data with Apple or Google solely for the purpose of processing refund decisions, in compliance with their respective privacy and refund policies.
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect improvements or new features. Any significant updates will be clearly indicated in the app or on our official website.
