By downloading, accessing, or using the Glutector mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to these Terms.

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation.

All data processed by the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit any personal information or scanned product data to external servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

3. Scan Accuracy and Disclaimer

While Glutector aims to provide helpful guidance on whether a product may contain gluten, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the results. Product ingredients and manufacturing processes can change without notice. We recommend users always perform their own analysis or consult product packaging and the manufacturer directly for confirmation.

The App is intended as a general guidance tool and should not be solely relied upon for dietary decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App is the property of the developer and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, harm, or dietary consequences arising from the use or misuse of the App, including but not limited to incorrect scan results or product classifications.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
