By downloading, accessing, or using the Bill Organizer - DueWise mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the App.
DueWise allows you to organize bills, subscriptions, expenses, recurring payments, reminders, categories, payment history, and other financial records directly on your device.
The App is intended for personal and business organization purposes only and must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of information entered into the App and for managing your own financial obligations. DueWise provides organizational tools and reminders but does not guarantee payment processing, bill accuracy, or financial outcomes.
Bills, expenses, subscriptions, reminders, notes, payment history, receipts, and other information entered into DueWise are stored locally on your device.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit your financial records to external servers. You remain in control of your information at all times.

Certain premium features may require an in-app purchase. Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems. We do not receive or store your payment information.
If you request a refund, limited non-personal purchase information may be shared with Apple or Google through our payment partner RevenueCat to assist with refund processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its source code, design, graphics, branding, content, and functionality, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
DueWise is designed to help organize financial information and provide reminders. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time, that payments will be made successfully, or that information entered into the App is accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any financial loss, missed payments, penalties, late fees, data loss, or damages resulting from your use of the App.
We may update, improve, modify, or remove features from the App at any time.
Continued use of the App following updates constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to premium services if these Terms are violated or if the App is used in a manner that could harm users, third parties, or the developer.
Any information stored locally on your device remains under your control unless you choose to delete it.
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or business operations.
Significant changes may be communicated within the App or on our website. Continued use of DueWise after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
