This privacy policy applies to the Bill Organizer - DueWise mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). DueWise is a bill organizer, payment tracker, and expense management app designed to help users manage bills, subscriptions, expenses, due dates, and payment reminders directly from their device.

DueWise is designed with privacy in mind. Your bills, expenses, subscriptions, payment reminders, categories, notes, and saved data are stored locally on your device — not on our servers.

We do not collect, store, or sell your personal financial data. Your bill and expense information remains under your control at all times.

2. What Data Is Accessed?

The app may request limited permissions to function properly:

Local notifications for bill, expense, and payment reminders
Local file or media access for optional receipts, icons, or exports

These permissions are used solely to provide core app functionality. No personal data is transmitted to external servers.

3. How Is Your Data Used?

All bill data, expense records, subscription details, payment schedules, reminders, categories, and related information are used only within the app to help you organize payments and manage your financial obligations.

4. Offline Functionality

Most features of DueWise work entirely offline. Your bills, expenses, subscriptions, and reminders remain available without requiring an internet connection.

5. Third-Party Access

DueWise does not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

Optional third-party services such as app analytics, crash reporting, or payment processing providers may be used to improve app performance and manage purchases.

6. Security

Because your data is primarily stored locally on your device, we recommend enabling device security protections such as Face ID, fingerprint authentication, or a device passcode.

7. Children’s Privacy

DueWise does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

8. Data Sharing for Purchases and Refunds

If you make in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play, we may share limited information with Apple or Google via our payment partner, RevenueCat, to help process refund requests. This may include non-personal details about your purchase and how you accessed the purchased content.

By making in-app purchases, you consent to this limited sharing of consumption data with Apple or Google solely for the purpose of processing refund decisions, in compliance with their respective privacy and refund policies.

This privacy policy may be updated periodically to reflect new features, improvements, or legal requirements. Significant updates may be communicated within the app or on our official website.
