By downloading, accessing, or using the Cover Letter Maker mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the App.
Cover Letter Maker allows you to create, edit, and export professional cover letters directly on your device. The App is intended for personal, educational, or professional use only and must not be used for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the content you create. The App provides writing tools and templates for convenience but does not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or professional success.
All cover letters, templates, and personal details entered in Cover Letter Maker are stored locally on your device. The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to external servers. You remain in full control of your information at all times.

Some features may be available through optional in-app purchases processed by Apple or Google. Payments are handled securely by their respective platforms, and we do not store payment information.
If you request a refund, we may share limited, non-personal information with Apple or Google via our payment partner RevenueCat to assist with refund processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
All source code, design, templates, and visual assets included in the App are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that cover letters created using the App will result in job offers, interviews, or hiring decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update or improve the App from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these Terms. Features may change, be limited, or discontinued at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Any content stored locally will remain on your device unless you choose to delete it.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated within the App or on our official website. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
