This privacy policy applies to the Cover Letter Maker mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). Cover Letter Maker is a simple offline tool that helps users create, edit, and export professional cover letters without requiring user accounts or internet access.
Cover Letter Maker is built with privacy in mind. The app works fully offline, and all cover letters, templates, personal details, and saved content are stored locally on your device — never on our servers.
We do not collect, store, or share personal information. Your cover letter content never leaves your device unless you choose to export or share it.

All data handled by Cover Letter Maker — such as your name, experience, job details, and written content — is used solely to help you create and format cover letters. This data remains private and local at all times.
Cover Letter Maker works entirely offline. You can create, edit, and export cover letters without an internet connection. No information is uploaded, synced, or stored in the cloud.
Cover Letter Maker does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not share your data with any third party.
If optional online features are added in the future, they will require explicit user consent before any data transfer occurs.
Because all data is stored locally, the security of your cover letters depends on your device. We recommend using device security features such as a PIN, Face ID, or fingerprint protection.
Cover Letter Maker does not target children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information. Since no personal data is collected, the app is safe for general use.
If you make in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play, we may share limited information with Apple or Google via our payment partner, RevenueCat, to help process refund requests. This may include non-personal details about your purchase and how you accessed the purchased content.
By making in-app purchases, you consent to this limited sharing of consumption data with Apple or Google solely for the purpose of processing refund decisions, in compliance with their respective privacy and refund policies.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time to reflect app improvements or new features. Any significant changes will be clearly communicated.
