By downloading, accessing, or using the Contract Maker mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the App.
Contract Maker allows you to create, edit, sign, and manage contracts, legal agreements, sections, templates, and parties directly on your device. The App is designed for personal, business, or professional use and must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The App provides tools for convenience but does not certify, review, or guarantee legal compliance or enforceability.
All contracts, parties, templates, signatures, and other data entered in Contract Maker are stored locally on your device. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. You remain in full control of your information at all times.

Some premium features may be available through in-app purchases processed by Apple or Google. Payments are handled securely through their respective systems, and we do not store any payment information.
If you request a refund, we may share limited, non-personal information with Apple or Google via our payment partner RevenueCat to verify usage and assist in refund processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
All source code, design, graphics, and other materials within the App are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that contracts created with Contract Maker will be legally valid, enforceable, or suitable for every situation. You use the App at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any loss, inaccuracies, disputes, or damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
We may update or improve the App from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the latest version. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that could harm others or the developer. Upon termination, any data stored locally will remain on your device unless deleted by you.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the App or on our official website. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
