This privacy policy applies to the Contract Maker mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). Contract Maker is a free offline tool for creating, editing, and exporting legal agreements and contract templates without requiring user accounts or cloud connectivity.
Contract Maker is designed to operate fully offline. All your contracts, signatures, business information, clauses, templates, and saved entities are stored locally on your device — not on any server. You remain in full control of your data at all times.
We do not collect, store, or share personal information. Your contract content, parties, terms, and documents never leave your device unless you choose to export or share them.

All data handled by Contract Maker — such as contract parties, terms, templates, and signatures — remains strictly local and private. It is used only to provide app features, such as creating, editing, signing, and exporting contracts.
Contract Maker works entirely offline. You can create, view, sign, and export contracts without an internet connection. No information is uploaded, stored in the cloud, or synced with online services.
Contract Maker does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not share your data with any external organization, data broker, or individual.
If future versions introduce optional online features — such as secure cloud sync or template sharing — they will require explicit user consent before any data is transferred.
Because all data is stored locally, the security of your documents depends on your device. We recommend enabling device security measures (PIN, Face ID, or fingerprint) to protect your sensitive legal data.
Contract Maker does not target or knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. As no personal data is collected, the app remains safe for general use.
If you make in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play, we may share limited information with Apple or Google via our payment partner, RevenueCat, to help process refund requests. This may include non-personal details about your purchase and how you accessed the purchased content.
By making in-app purchases, you consent to this limited sharing of consumption data with Apple or Google solely for the purpose of processing refund decisions, in compliance with their respective privacy and refund policies.
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect improvements or new features. Any significant updates will be clearly indicated in the app or on our official website.
