This privacy policy applies to the CineMaker mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). CineMaker allows you to generate short AI-powered videos from text or images. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how your data is handled.
CineMaker is designed with privacy in mind. All your generated videos, preferences, and credits are stored securely. We do not collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary to provide specific features.
Your activity in the app remains private unless you choose to share your videos.
The app may access the following features only during normal use:
No unnecessary data is collected or transmitted. If future features require additional access, they will be clearly explained with an opt-in choice.
Data processed by CineMaker is used only to provide video generation services, manage your credits, and improve app performance. We do not use your content for advertising or tracking.
You may sign in using email and password or through third-party providers (Google or Apple). CineMaker does not store your external account login details, only the basic identifier necessary to manage your account within the app.
All videos and images generated using CineMaker remain your property. CineMaker does not claim ownership or usage rights. Any input you provide (such as text prompts or images) is only used to generate your requested video and is not stored or used for training purposes.
Your account data and credits are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time, which will permanently remove your videos, preferences, and stored credits from our systems.
You can permanently delete your account at any time. This will remove all of your videos, preferences, and stored credits from our systems.
To delete your account, go to Settings → My Account and scroll to the bottom to find Delete Account. You can also email our support team at support@onerack.eu to request deletion.
Generated videos are securely stored and only accessible to you. We do not make your videos public or share them with third parties unless you explicitly choose to share them.
CineMaker uses a credit system to manage video generation. Free users receive limited daily credits with a watermark on their videos. Pro members can remove watermarks and purchase additional credits.
Payment processing is handled securely by the app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store). CineMaker does not store any payment details. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective store.
At present, CineMaker does not use advertising SDKs or external analytics services. Login and payments are handled by trusted providers (Google, Apple, and the app stores).
We take reasonable measures to protect your videos and account information. If cloud storage or advanced sharing features are added in the future, your data will remain protected with industry standards.
This privacy policy may be updated occasionally to reflect new features or improvements. Updates will always be visible in this section, and major changes will be communicated in-app or on this page.
